And did we forget to mention that it is free? Yes, it is a free online app maker for Android. All you have to do is sign up with your Google account, and once you are done with building an app, you can package it and share it with your friends.

Appypie is another app builder platform popular among application developers. It recently acquired AppMakr, another online no-code app builder, and can help you create an Android app without coding, for free. But for that, you will need to make sure that you complete your app within forty-eight hours.

AppInstitute offers an intuitive platform to build an app for free. You can effortlessly develop and publish an app by choosing a template, branding it, and editing its contents. If you are a business owner trying to create an app with no coding skills, then AppInstitute is an excellent choice for that.

Even though building the app is free, if you want to publish it, you have to subscribe to any of their four plans. The basic plan starts at $60 per month, and the Reseller plan is priced at $400 per month.

You can start building an app for free with up to 10 users. To deploy it, you need to pay $5 per month for every active user if you are looking at a private app. For public apps, you need to pay $50 per month per app and can have an unlimited number of users.

Andromo is another platform which lets you create an Android app without coding. The pricing starts from $8 per month to $36 per month. Also, you can sign up for a free trial of 30 days, and during that time, you can build one app for free.

GameSalad offers a free version to get you started. Depending on the number of operating systems for which you want to build apps and additional features like testing, you can go for monthly subscriptions of US$8, US$17, or US$25.

You have two options inside Thunkable; one is to create a public project and another a private one. The latter costs $252 per year while the former is free. They have on their website what they call the Thunkable Public Gallery, which can be used to find, share and modify existing projects.

Until you want to publish your app on Google Play, the platform is free to use, and you can publish unlimited apps onto an Adalo domain. Otherwise, you can go for the pro plan, which is $50 per month, or the Business Plan, which is $200 per month.

The platform also has a fast-growing community which you can leverage for peer-reviewing. You can use the builder for free and access up to 20 templates. Along with that, in the free version, you can include a payment tracking feature and also manage your app users.

Dear sir: I installed AILive complete! in my PC because I am creating a rather bulky app (around 100 screens) with the hope to surpass the 5 MB in the final project file that are allowed by the online version of App Inventor. I also did it because when working online my app takes too long both to load and to reach the connected phone or emulator (so far the app size is only 3.5 MB); so I supposed that doing the job offline things would work faster. My problem is that it takes even longer than online (it takes ages to load, sometimes it just freezes or breaks). Im afraid it has to do with the limitations of my pc: it is a Windows 7 (32 bits), 2 GB RAM. Will things go better if I acquire a server computer with higher RAM and better working capabilities? Thank you very much for your time!

All in one App Inventor 2 offline server environment. From original project MIT App Inventor : -cml/appinventor-sourcesIt's easy to install and use. There are many package check out latest version here =navbar

Digital data is available for free, and paper copies can be purchased and certified. See Data Certification for more information on hard copy radar products, pricing, and certification information. NEXRAD data can be accessed through the following data access services:

This dataset contains the Level-I (L1) raw radar event data recorded at Next Generation Radar (NEXRAD) sites and collected by the NOAA National Weather Service (NWS) Radar Operations Center (ROC) for specific radar case studies. It includes only the Level 1 data that has been used for algorithm development and verification by the ROC and its partners. NEXRAD operational sites and test sites are used. The period of record is from 2008 to present with additional data years planned. The number of case studies per year ranges from 1 to 33, with an average of approximately 10 per year. The data files are in the native compressed file format as Time Series (TS) Archive. The data files have been aggregated by event and by hour for the archive with a total data volume of approximately 20 TB. An event summary file with descriptive information is included for each case study. An inventory of events is available here [add link].

Melting Layer is a computer algorithm output that determines the atmospheric melting point for frozen precipitation. This product provides information about the state (frozen, melting, or fully liquid) of precipitation at different altitudes in a particular area. This product is generated for each elevation angle that the radar scans and can be particularly useful for tracking icing conditions above the surface. It may have problems when surface temperatures are below freezing, in mountainous locations, or when data needed for the algorithm is limited. When radar echoes are insufficient for the algorithm to work properly, it will default to the manually entered or model generated freezing level data.

The Parallels Desktop software is currently only available at scale to business customers, making this option of little use to individual users at the present time. With Parallels Desktop for Chrome OS, IT departments can enable proprietary and full-featured Windows applications -- including AutoCAD -- on Chrome OS devices, online and offline. You'll need a Chrome Enterprise upgrade to run Parallels. Some key features of Parallels Desktop for ChromeOS include:
